Welcome to Charlespointe Counseling, LLC.  Charlespointe is one of St. Charles' oldest and most respected counseling centers.  Charlespointe counselors are committed to and available “for you and your family.”  Each therapist is highly trained and will guide and assist you with your most difficult issues.  This website is designed to familiarize you with the resources Charlespointe has to offer while personally introducing you to each of our therapists. We hope this allows you to find the therapist that is right for you.
 
We accept most major insurances, out of network providers, and can have our billing staff assit you regarding your behavioral health benefits.  Some of our counselors offer a sliding fee scale.  We accept cash, checks, and major credit cards.

Our counselors offer flexible day and evening hours and some of our counselors offer Saturday appointments. 

Charlespointe is committed to meeting your behavioral health needs and in the case of an emergency we offer a 24 hour emergency phone line where you can reach your individual therapist.
